Late check-out (after 11:00 and before 15:00) will result in a fee.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation of confirmed reservations must be requested via email (casa.mandala.corumbau@gmail.com) or communicated through WhatsApp (+55 73 99984 8029). The following deadlines will be applied by the inn for cancellation, transfer, or postponement of confirmed reservations:

1. In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, in case of withdrawal within 7 days of payment, the amount paid as a deposit will be fully refunded.

2. Up to 30 (thirty) days prior to the check-in date, the guest may choose between:

   • A refund of the amount paid, minus a 5% administrative fee, processed within 10 business days after providing bank details; or

   • A credit voucher (personal and non-transferable) in the amount paid, valid for 1 (one) year (counting from the original stay date) for use at our inn. The voucher is non-renewable. Once used, it cannot be canceled or extended again.

3. If opting for a credit voucher, the new booking must include at least 2 nights, respecting our stay policy.

4. Within 30 days prior to check-in, cancellation will result in the retention of the amount paid at the time of booking confirmation, and the guest will not be entitled to any refund.

NO SHOW
Failure to appear on the scheduled date without prior written notice will be considered a No Show (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will remain available for 24 hours from the check-in time. After this period, it will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), and the accommodation may be made available to other guests. There will be no refund.

EARLY DEPARTURE (WITHDRAWAL)
Withdrawal of stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early check-out for any reason, will not entitle the guest to any refund, cash reimbursement, or credit voucher. The total amount of the daily rate or package will be forfeited. Already paid daily rates cannot be transferred to third parties.

DATE CHANGE
The deadline to request a date change is up to 30 (thirty) days before check-in, subject to availability. After this period, it will not be possible to change the reservation date or reduce the number of nights already booked. To change a confirmed booking, the guest must contact the inn to verify availability. No transfer fee will be charged, only any price difference between periods.

CARNIVAL AND NEW YEAR PACKAGES

1. New Year’s Eve and Carnival packages are non-refundable and must be paid in full up to 30 days prior to check-in.

Other rules:

1. At check-in, the credit card in the reservation holder’s name will be requested for security or future payment guarantees.

2. The reservation holder must present a valid photo ID.

3. If payment is made by another person (parents, relatives, etc.), their card must also be presented at check-in, along with a copy of their ID.

4. All requested information is for the safety of both the guest and the inn. Your data will be treated with complete confidentiality.

5. Guests must carefully read and return with their “Agreement.” If no reply is received within 24 hours, it will be understood that the guest agrees with the terms.

6. Any issues not covered by this policy will be governed by Law No. 8.078/1990 – Consumer Defense Code.

1. Accommodation Rules
1.1 Check-in starts at 2:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM the following day. Extension of stay after this time (15-minute tolerance) depends on availability and incurs an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate, confirmed with Reception.
1.2 A valid photo ID in the reservation holder’s name is required at check-in.
1.3 Children or adolescents under 18 must present an ID when accompanied by parents or written authorization when accompanied by a legal guardian, in accordance with Law 8.069/90, Art. 82.
1.4 Minimum age for accommodation is 12 years old. Children below this age are not accepted.
1.5 Breakfast (included in the daily rate) is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM in the dining room and/or gourmet area, exclusively for guests. If you wish to bring someone, you must inform staff 1 day in advance, and a fee of R$150.00 per person will be added to your bill (subject to availability). Breakfast items must be consumed in the designated area; otherwise, an extra fee will be charged.
1.6 Visitors may only access common areas unless prior authorization and proper registration are given. In this case, an additional 40% of the room daily rate will be charged. For Day Use in the inn or beach tent, availability and rates must be consulted.
