Late check-out (after 11:00 and before 15:00) will result in a fee.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of confirmed reservations must be requested via email (casa.mandala.corumbau@gmail.com) or communicated via WhatsApp. The following deadlines will be applied by the inn for canceling, transferring or advancing confirmed reservations:

1. In accordance with art. 49. of the Consumer Protection Code, in the event of cancellation of the reservation within 7 days of payment, the amount paid as a deposit will be fully refunded.

2. Up to 30 (thirty) days prior to the check-in date, the guest can choose to return 50% of the amount paid within 10 business days after sending the refund details; or the issuance of a letter of credit (personal and non-transferable) in the amount of the payment made within a period of 1 (one) year (counting from the scheduled date of accommodation) for use in our hotel. The credit voucher is not renewable. Once used, it is not possible to cancel or extend it.

3. If you choose the credit voucher, when making a reservation according to the new established date, accommodation must be for at least 2 nights, respecting our stay policy.

4. In the 30 days prior to check in, cancellation of the reservation will result in retention of the amount paid upon confirmation of the reservation, with the customer not being entitled to any refund.

NO SHOW:

Failure to show up on the scheduled date without prior written notice will be considered a No Show (withdrawal without cancellation). The reservation will remain available for 24 hours from the entry time. After this period it will be canceled (with 100% retention of the amount paid), and the accommodation may be made available to other guests. There will be no refund of the amount paid.

WITHDRAWAL:

Canceling your stay upon arrival or after check-in, as well as early check-out for any reason whatsoever, will not entitle you to any type of refund, refund in cash or letter of credit, resulting in total loss of the amount paid for the daily rate. or hosting package. Daily payments already paid cannot be transferred to third parties.

DATE CHANGE:

The deadline for changing the date is 30 (thirty) days in advance of the check-in date, subject to availability at the inn. After this period, it will not be possible to change the accommodation date to another period or reduce the number of nights already booked. To change a confirmed reservation date, you must contact the hotel to check availability for the new period. No transfer fee will be charged, only the possible difference in price between rates from one period to another.

 CARNIVAL AND NEW YEAR'S PACKAGES:

1. New Year and Carnival packages are non-refundable and must be paid in full within 30 days prior to check-in.

 OTHER CONSIDERATIONS:

1. At check-in, a credit card will be requested in the name of the reservation holder, for extra guarantees and/or future complications in paying for the accommodation.

2. The reservation holder's identity document must be presented.

3. If payment is made by another person (father, mother, relatives...) the card must also be presented at check-in, with a copy of their identity document.

4. All information requested is for the safety of both the guest and the inn. Your data will be treated with complete company/client confidentiality.

5. Guests are asked to read carefully and return with their "Agreed". If the inn does not receive a response within 24 hours, it will be understood that the guest agrees with the terms specified in our policy.

6. Other matters not covered by this instrument will be governed by Law No. 8,078/1990 – CDC.

Terms and conditions

ACCOMMODATION RULES
1.1 The daily rate starts at 2pm (fourteen hours) and ends at 11am the following day. Extending your stay after this time (within a 15-minute tolerance) will depend on hotel availability and an additional charge of 50% of the daily rate, to be checked with Reception.
1.2 When checking in, it is mandatory to present an identity document with a photo, showing the same name as the reservation holder.
1.3 Children or adolescents under 18 years of age must present an identification document when in the presence of their parents or written authorization when accompanied by a duly identified legal guardian. Law 8,069/90 art. 82.

1.4 No minimum age policy.

1.5 Breakfast (included in the daily rate) is served from 8am to 10am in the dining room and/or gourmet area and only for guests. If you are interested in bringing someone, inform the staff in advance to be added to your room, the cost of R$150.00 per person. Breakfast items must be consumed in the café area, otherwise an extra fee will be charged.
1.6 Visitors must be received in the common areas of the inn and can only go to the apartments with prior authorization and due registration, with an extra fee of 40% charged on the daily room rate. If you wish to use Day Use at the inn and beach tent, you must contact us to check availability and prices.
1.7 To supply products outside the minibar grill, we ask that you request them in the kitchen. These products, once posted to the apartment's account, cannot be returned.
1.8 To maintain order and security in the place, guests are asked to maintain maximum silence between 10pm and 8am; do not hang clothes on balconies; do not put nails in the walls.
1.9 We are surrounded by nature that is very rich in fauna and flora. Casa Mandala Corumbau is pest control regularly, however, occasionally it is possible that some insects and/or small animals in the VILLAGE, such as: mosquitoes, bees, cockroaches, small geckos, spiders, saruês and tamarins, appear. If necessary, ask employees for help.
1.10 We ask that you be extremely careful when using sunscreen and cosmetics. In this case, an extra cleaning fee of R$150.00 per item will be charged.
1.11 In order to collaborate with the ecosystem, the change of towels, bed linen and replacement of amenities is carried out ONLY every 3 days. If the exchange needs to be carried out sooner, reception will assess the urgency.
1.12 We request maximum care with objects belonging to the Hotel, any damage or loss will be charged to the guest's account. If the key is lost or misplaced, a fee of R$150.00 will be charged.
1.13 Our employees are not authorized to touch any of their equipment, such as: cameras, MP3/4, iPods or laptops.
1.14 We recommend paying special attention to your belongings, especially notebooks, in common areas.

1.15 The hotel is not responsible for valuables not declared at check-in. Clothes and/or objects forgotten at the Hotel will be stored for a maximum period of 2 (two) months. After this period, the Hotel reserves the right to give them the destination it deems convenient.
1.16 Animals are not permitted in the rooms.

COMMON AREAS RULES
2.1 The use of glass cups and Casa Mandala Corumbau utensils on the beach is prohibited. If any breakage or loss occurs, the cost will be debited from the guest's account.
2.2 The use of speakers is prohibited in the social areas of Casa Mandala Corumbau and in the beach tent.

2.3 Casa Mandala offers 1 beach towel to each guest for use during their stay. We ask that you be extremely careful when using sunscreen and cosmetics. In this case, an extra cleaning fee of R$150.00 per item will be charged.

2.4 The gourmet area at Casa Mandala Corumbau is for the exclusive use of guests and prior appointment is required. Use is subject to the rules of the Gourmet Area Manual, given to the guest at check-in, with fee implications.
